Job summary

TSI MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and uphold high service and performance standards to drive business success.

You will supervise team members, manage scheduling and training, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, and contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. A background in F&B/retail/hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise employees to maintain smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
• Implement and uphold service quality and operational procedures consistently.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, conduct training, and evaluate performance to optimize team productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and organize timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Support business development and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and assist with administrative tasks to inform management decisions.
