Job summary

TENG HOE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold service, quality, and customer satisfaction across our dining venue in Singapore.

You will lead inventory control, purchasing of groceries and fresh produce, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards even during busy periods. Qualifications

• Experience in operations management in a dining/food service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage purchasing and inventory control.
• Solid understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales, P&L, food costs, labor costs and wastage.
• Manage staff scheduling, rostering and manpower planning.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, food safety.
• Manage inventory, ordering, suppliers and stock levels.
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods or staff shortages.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency, food preparation and service standards.
• Train and develop service and kitchen staff.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and handle staff issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a good customer experience.
