Job summary

Raffles Medical Group Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations lead to manage daily floor operations across two centres, ensuring readiness and on‑time delivery of services for all patients.

You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, oversee patient itineraries from arrival to billing, handle VIP clients, and drive service excellence with SOPs, billing accuracy and continuous improvement across the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in healthcare management, hospitality, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience with team leadership, ideally in medical settings.
• Understanding of clinic workflows, tests/investigations, and medical billing in Singapore.
• Experience serving UHNW/HNW and VIP clients with meticulous attention to detail.
• Calm, decisive and highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and absolute discretion.
• Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and keep two centres ready, presented and running on time.
• Attention to detail in patient experience from itinerary and meal order to final bill.
• Plan and coordinate personalised patient itineraries including health screenings, tests, scans, therapies and meals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team and liaise with Radiology, Laboratory, and clinics.
• Work with other units on daily operations needs.
• Own a closed-loop system for results, reports and patient follow-ups.
• Lead the Relationship Officer and admin team and manage inquiries promptly.
• Ensure accurate billing, including coordinating insurance billing across partner clinics.
• Oversee the Raffles Solitaire Lounge for VIP guests and leadership.
• Prepare and run events with partners.
• Drive service excellence to SOPs, reporting and continuous improvement.

• Bring meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of the patient experience, from the itinerary and meal order to the final bill.
• Plan and coordinate personalised patient itineraries covering health screenings, tests, scans, therapies, consultations and meals, and brief patients on their day.
• Coordinate our multidisciplinary team of professionals, and liaise with Radiology, Laboratory, and other clinics across Raffles Medical.
• Work closely with other business units on daily operations needs.
• Own a closed-loop system for results, reports and patient follow-ups.
• Lead the Relationship Officer and admin team and make sure every enquiry is attended to promptly.
• Ensure accurate billing, including coordinating insurance billing through partner clinics and inter-clinic billing.
• Oversee the Raffles Solitaire Lounge for VIP guests and senior leadership.
• Prepare and run events with our partners.
• Drive service excellence to the key minute details, SOPs, reporting and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years of operations experience, including team leadership; experience in a medical or healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of clinic workflows, tests and investigations, and medical billing and insurance processes in Singapore.
• Experience serving UHNW / HNW and VIP clients, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Calm, decisive and highly organised; comfortable managing many moving parts at once.
• Excellent communication skills and absolute discretion.
• Mandarin or other languages an advantage for serving regional clientele.
