Job summary

Capella Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Manor Culturist to lead a team delivering personalized guest experiences in luxury accommodations. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, arrange reservations and activities, and ensure exceptional service throughout the guest stay.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of supervisory Butler experience in luxury hotels, strong communication skills and a passion for curated guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory Butler role at luxury hotels/resorts.
• Experience managing a team in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Exceptional customer service with a focus on personalized attention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining options and activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including luggage and check-in/check-out.
• Provide personalized assistance and recommendations for dining, transportation and activities.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with guests throughout their stay to address requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep manors clean, stocked with amenities.
• Handle special requests including in-manor dining, chef services and events.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety protocols.
• Provide feedback to management to improve guest experiences.
• Assist with Capella Culturist duties when Manors are not sold.
• Assist guests with valet service when required.
