Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a Lease Management professional to support the company's property portfolio. The role focuses on preparing monthly and ad hoc management reports, and providing data support for strategic planning.

You will contribute to digital transformation projects, ensure timely submission of turnover reports, and perform detailed analyses of rental, turnover and occupancy costs. Experience with SAP and data visualization is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with people management experience.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel.
• Experience working with SAP system and exposure in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of self-initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
