Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional for lease administration within a dynamic property management team. The role involves handling lease documents, updating SAP data, and managing rental billings and tenant performance reporting.

You'll track document status, assist with property tax submissions, URA reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support sales reporting and budgeting processes. Experience in SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Real Estate/Property Management.
• Preferably with lease administration experience.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process lease documents.
• Track lease documentation status.
• Maintain accurate lease data in SAP.
• Assist with rental billings and managing the POS system.
• Handle monthly billing of tenant’s gross sales turnover and audited/certified reports.
• Prepare tenancy information for property tax submissions and assist with queries.
• Provide tenants sales data and performance insights.
• Upload yearly budget rents in SAP and submit URA quarterly reports.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

How you’ll make an impact

• Preparation and processing of lease documents
• Track lease documentation status
• Maintain accurate and timely lease data in SAP
• Assist with rental billings and managing the Point of Sales system
• Handle monthly billing of tenant’s gross sales turnover and adjustments of audited/certified sales report
• Preparation of Tenancy Information for property tax submission and assists with tax queries
• Providing Tenants sales data and performance
• Uploading of yearly budget rents in SAP and submission of URA quarterly reports
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
