Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a lease management professional to provide support across the company’s property portfolio. The role emphasizes preparing monthly reports, data support for meetings, and involvement in digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Real Estate Management or related fields, 4–7 years of relevant experience with people management, and proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and SAP to analyze leases, occupancy costs, and sales turnover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience with people management experience.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel.
• Experience working with SAP system and exposure in Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
• Must be meticulous, organized and have strong initiative with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly and adhoc management reports for strategic planning.
• Provide data support during meetings or adhoc requests.
• Assist in digital transformation and process improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analyses of rental, turnover and occupancy cost.
• Conduct annual audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management and related lease functions.
• Enter data into the system, maintain databases and monitor lease documents.

The RoleThis position will provide lease management support for the properties within the Company’s portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and maintaining of monthly and adhoc management reports to facilitate strategic planning.
• Responsible for data support during meetings or any adhoc requests.
• Assist and involvement in the implementation of projects relating to digital transformation and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.
• Responsible for annual audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with people management experience.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel.
• Experience working with SAP system and exposure in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of self-initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
