Job summary

select group pte. ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on HR support to business units, partner with operations managers, and drive people-related initiatives.

Responsibilities include reporting, orientation, employee engagement, grievance handling, performance and leave management, and MOM work pass applications. A degree/diploma in HR or related field is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to business units in a timely, hands-on manner.

• Conduct orientations for new employees on policies and goals.
• Engage employees to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Liaise on employee grievances and disciplinary matters with timely counseling.
• Support performance management, time and leave management.
• Prepare monthly HR reports for management and ad hoc statistics.
• Prepare employee documents and maintain HR system data.
• Handle MOM-related work passes applications.

As we expand our business segment, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Team :

Responsibilities

• Be highly operational and hands‑on in providing HR support to the business units in a timely manner
• Work closely with business operation managers to identify manpower requirements and recruitment support
• Work closely with business operations managers to identify areas for improvement and development
• Proactively provide accurate and timely reporting on HR data to assist the business units in people management decisions
• Conduct orientation for the new employees to foster positive attitudes toward the company’s policies and goal
• Effectively engage employees, enhancing the employee experience in the company
• Be the liaison personnel for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing timely counseling if required
• Provide support for performance management, time management, & leave management
• Responsible for consolidation of monthly HR reports for Management review and any statistical reports as and when required
• Responsible for the preparation of employee documents and updating of employee data into the HR system
• Responsible for the application of MOM-related Work Passes

Skills/Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
