Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel front office experience.
• Strong knowledge of OPERA and related subsystems.
• GCE A-Level minimum; university degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability; self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assign sufficient manning for daily operational needs.
• Plan VIP arrivals and departures and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure guest loyalty.
• Handle guest issues when needed.
• Meet, greet, room and service all VIP guests.
• Plan and review rosters to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure LQA service standards are in practice as set by the hotel at all times.
• Conduct audit checks on colleagues' service standards and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of Guest Service and Guest Satisfaction generated and maintained on the Executive Club.
• Monitor maintenance and development of the Executive Club product.
• Facilitate preventive maintenance program with housekeeping and engineering.
• Ensure revenues are generated for the Executive Club with a minimum of associated expenses.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Assign sufficient manning to cater for daily operational needs
• Planning of VIP arrivals and departures and ensuring operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure guest loyalty
• Handle guest issues when needed
• Meet, greet, rooming and service of all VIP guests
• Plan and review rosters to ensure productivity goals are met
• Ensure LQA service standards are in practice as set by the hotel at all times
• Conduct audit checks on colleague’s service standards and ensure compliance with hotel standards

• Facilitate preventive maintenance program with housekeeping and engineering
• Ensure highest possible revenues are generated for the Executive Club with a minimum of associated expenses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably in Front Office, with 5-star luxury experience.
• Knowledge of OPERA System and other related sub-systems interfaced to the PABX and/or the hotel’s computer system.
• Minimum GCE “A” Level; University Degree Preferred.
• Proven ability to guide and coach team members.
• Responsive to continuous challenges and open to making changes to achieve targeted results.
• Possess drive and initiative, and must be able to work independently.
