Job summary

CapitaLand invites applications for an Operations support role in Singapore, assisting the Associate Director, Operations in managing mall maintenance and implementing asset enhancement initiatives. You will coordinate programs, handle maintenance contracts, and oversee procurement related to equipment and renovations to ensure smooth mall operations.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant facilities experience, a proactive approach, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ degree in Engineering related fields as listed.
• Able to work within tight timelines and manage problems systematically.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director, Operations, Singapore in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
• Assist in preparation of Operations annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall
• Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Work closely with the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations
• Assist to handle mall incident and to update incident report
• Ensure that vendors and tenants’ contractor comply to safety guidelines and follow strict safety compliance at all times
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team ( i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc ),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety ( EHS ) team for review & approval of permit to work ( PTWs ), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Job Description

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in real estate industry an advantage


• Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply


• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems


• Willingness to work as a team and a strong team lead


• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills


• Experience with WSH regulations would be an added advantage
