Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounting (Permanent) based at Chai Chee. The role offers company transport from Bedok MRT, a monthly salary up to SGD 6,500, a 13th month, and 2–3 months of variable bonus, with work from 8:15am to 5:15pm.

The successful candidate will oversee the full set of accounts for Singapore operations and Vietnam subsidiaries, review product costing, manage transfer pricing, liaise with auditors and tax agents, handle GST, supervise

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts for Singapore operations and Vietnam subsidiaries
• Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants
• Manage transfer pricing matters and related documentation between Singapore and other Asian manufacturing plants
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, taxation and tax-planning matters
• Handle GST filing and coordinate with external consultants on MES renewal
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function and ensure timely payments
• Drive ERP system improvements and process enhancements to improve efficiency
• Lead, coach and develop accounting team members
• Supervise approximately 2–3 team members in Singapore and 4–5 team members in Vietnam
• Travel within Asia approximately once per quarter / up to 25% of the time
