Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable accounting professional to oversee the full set of accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries. The role includes costing analysis, transfer pricing documentation, and liaising with auditors on statutory matters.

The ideal candidate has a CPA qualification, a degree in accounting, and at least five years in manufacturing finance, with strong communication, leadership, and ERP system enhancement skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent preferred.
• Qualified CPA.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience and exposure in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• An excellent team player who must demonstrate good communication skills along with influencing and negotiating skills.
• Possesses management experience and self-driven.
• Strong Knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvements/enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies.
• Supervise and take leadership role in developing accounting staff.
