HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager for a US MNC electronics component manufacturer and distributor in Singapore's East. This full-time role supports financial operations and requires strong accounting oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Qualified CPA is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full set of accounts for Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Reviews and analyzes product costing reports for manufacturing plants.
• Manages transfer pricing documentation between Singapore and Asia plants.
• Liaises with auditors and tax agents on audit/tax matters including tax planning.
• Responsible for GST filing and MES renewal work with external consultants.
• Supervises Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
• Implements ERP enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Leads and develops accounting staff.

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join a US MNC company in the East side – electronic component manufacturer and distribution. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants.
• Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on subsidiary audit/tax matters including tax planning to maximise tax savings.
• Responsible for GST filing and work with external consultants for MES renewal.
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely payments.
• Implement improvements/enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies.
• Supervise and take leadership role in developing accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Qualified CPA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience and exposure in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Possesses management experience and self-driven.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
