Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage the full accounts for Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries, and drive cost analysis for manufacturing. You will coordinate transfer pricing and GST/ MES activities, while ensuring timely payments and AP control.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong ERP/Excel skills with a track record in cross-functional collaboration and staff development.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Qualified CPA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and best practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office; able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants.
• Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on subsidiary audit/tax matters including tax planning to maximise tax savings.
• Responsible for GST filing and work with external consultants for MES renewal.
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely payments.
• Implement improvements/enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies.
• Supervise and take leadership role in developing accounting staff.

What we're looking for

• Possesses management experience and self-driven.

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Able to travel within Southeast Asia and up to 25% of the time.

• Working Hours: 8.15am to 5.15pm


• Salary: $6000 - $6500 over 13mths with 2-3 mths VB
