Ideal candidates have 4+ years in KAM or FMCG sales, strong data analytics, Excel proficiency, and proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Key Account Management or sales experience within FMCG/food/beverage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating with key customers.
• Strong commercial acumen: trade terms, pricing, promo ROI and P&L ownership.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with e-commerce platform tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven and adaptable; comfortable working across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own sales targets and growth plans for assigned accounts across all three channels.
• Build and execute joint business plans with key customers, covering pricing, promotions, listings and distribution.
• Manage wholesalers and traditional trade outlets, and drive numeric distribution, coverage and in-store execution.
• Manage marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and quick-commerce or D2C partners, including content, search visibility, promotions and platform investment.
• Develop caterers, restaurants, hotels and institutional accounts, driving menu listings, new product adoption and volume.
• Plan and track trade spend, forecast demand and manage ROI.
• Work with Supply Chain and Head of Commercial to ensure availability, pricing integrity and timely promotion execution.
• Analyse sell-in/sell-out data, market share and competitor activity, and act on the insights.
• Negotiate annual contracts and terms to protect margin and strengthen long-term relationships.
