Job summary

SEIKO WALL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT and Digital Factory Lead to guide IT, software development, and Smart Factory project teams.

You will oversee ERP, MES, WMS, IoT, API development, and data platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant systems across production and enterprise layers. Lead Digital Twin and other Industry 4.0 initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver IT and digital projects, while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT, software development, system integration, or Smart Factory.
• Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, IoT, automation or similar digital systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, databases, APIs, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience leading IT or software development projects and teams.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, software development, system integration, or Smart Factory.
• Experience in ERP, MES, WMS, IoT, automation, or other digital systems will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of system integration, databases, APIs, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in managing IT or software development projects and teams.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, and emerging technologies.
