Job Description Overview

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

Responsible for leading the development of the company`s smart factory systems. As Digiwall & IT manager oversee the design, implementation, and integration of key technologies, including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and IoT (Internet of Things). Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers ensuring the seamless operation and communication of Smart factory stations and equipment. Additonally, spearhead the development of digital twin technology to support ESG (Enterprise Singapore) deliverables. The role is pivotal in driving the Seiko Wall`s digital transformation, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable practices across all areas of the smart factory.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Lead and manage team of software developers,system architects, server data engineers, IT support engineers, Cyber security engineers alignment with project goals and deadlines. Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and mentorship to the engineering team fostering collaboration and innovation. Ensure that each team member contributes effectively to the overall goals of smart factory development,meeting deliverables in a timely and quality-focused manner.
• 2. Oversee the development and integration of core system such as MES, APS, WMS, and IoT, ensuring that they meet the needs of production, inventory, and scheduling processes. Lead the development and implementation of smart factory technologies, ensuring that all key stations such as Cell#1 (Glass QC inspection), Cell#2 (5-Axis CNC machine center), Cell#3 (Auto Glass Launching), Cell#4 (Auto Glazing Sealant Dispensing robot), Cell#5 (Auto conveyor production line), Cell#6 (Packaging Robot) are fully connected and communicate seamlessly. Drive the deployment of the digital dashboard for real-time monitoring and management of production and project data, ensuring accurate, data-driven decision-making.
• 3. Lead the development and implementation of digital twin technology, enabling real-time simulation and optimization of factory operations. Ensure that digital twin systems support the company`s goals, delivering key environmental and operational efficiencies that align with sustainability objectives. Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to track and report on the progress of project-related deliverables.
• 4. Ensure smooth communication and integration between smart factory station and other system components by creating and overseeing the necessary API development. Collaborate with the System Architect and Cyber Security Engineer to ensure secure and efficient communication between factory machinery, digital dashboards, and third-party system like Synergix.
• 5. Monitor the performance of smart manufacturing systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in smart factory, IoT, and digital twin systems to implement cutting-edge solutions.
• 6. Risk management and compliance, collaborate with Cyber security engineer to ensure the smart factory systems meet security standards and protocols. Ensure that all system developments adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to data privacy, system safety, and compliance.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
