Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced System Administrator to partner with local Operations to configure and integrate tools. You will keep tools up to date and compliant, supporting manufacturing processes in Singapore.

The role requires 3 years of system admin experience, a university degree in engineering/technology, and strong English communication. Experience with ERP/MES systems and Industry 4.0 environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient Linux OS deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on containerization and managing workloads with Kubernetes at scale.
• Expertise in Teamcenter installation, monitoring and integration.
• Strong Oracle DB knowledge for upgrades and compliance checks.
• Experience with MES systems such as Solumina from iBaseT is preferred.

Job description

You will work with local Operations specialist to confirgure en integrate these tools to make manufacturing process more efficient.

You will ensure these tools remain up to date and compliant.

'Qualifications YOU Must Have:

• - Linux OS fluent : knows how to deploy, configure, maintain, troubleshoot server side appliciations on Linux OS. Ensure Apps availability, performance, security thought effective env configuration log analysis & task automation
• - Containerized applications : Pratical ability to containerized application code, package software for portabe deployment and manage containerized workload at scale using kubernetes
• - Teamcenter administration : Expertise in installation, infrasturcture optimization and operational support of Siemens Teamcenter environment. Patch deployment, system monitoring, database integration, troubleshooting

Qualifications We Prefer:

• - Oracle Database administration : Sufficient knowledge of Oracle database to perform regular upgrades, compliance checks and remediation, runs complex scripts related to application migration and understand possible error messages.- Manufacturing Execution System : experience as administrator or super user of an MES such as Solumina from iBaseT.

Degree in an Engineering / Technology discipline

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.

3 Years System admin experience

Englishliterate (Spoken & Written)

Experience working with manufacturing engineering teams, in Industry 4.0 environments.

Experience in large corporations with complex internal processes and controls

Willingness to learn on the job as required. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and apply technical knowledge related to system infrastructure, ERP, and MES systems
