Job summary

Maersk is seeking a warehouse operations coordinator for our Singapore facility, reporting to the warehouse manager. You will liaise with customers and the operations team on fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities, while generating KPIs and resolving issues in collaboration with vendors and transporters.

The role requires hands-on involvement in warehouse duties, strong communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team at Jurong Island facilities.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP, Power BI and Excel (Pivot table, vlookup).
• Comfortable working at a warehouse facility on Jurong Island and industrial area.
• Hands-on and willing to support warehouse operations as required.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment related activities.
• Coordinate with operations to provide information/feedback to customers on operational issues and resolve issues.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors for discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations and transporter.
• Ensure accuracy and timely update of system transactions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

• Working closely with operations team to provide information/ feedbacks to customers on operational issues and co-ordinate with customers to resolve all issues
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basis
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendor for any discrepancies
• Monitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment
• Coordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter
• Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions
• Perform other required duties or task when assigned
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned by manager from time to time
