Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to independently lead and manage key HR functions with a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR operations & analytics, employee relations and process improvement.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, and partner with business leaders to support talent strategies, workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Senior HR Executive or Assistant HR Manager role with broad exposure to HR operations and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with Infotech HRMS or similar HR systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key HR functions with end-to-end ownership of core HR processes.
• Drive Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Analytics, Employee Relations, HR Reporting, Employee Engagement and Process Improvement.
• Advise management on HR compliance and best practices.
• Oversee payroll administration, work pass matters, and HR operations.
• Collaborate with HODs and regional teams on manpower planning and budgeting.
• Develop internship and graduate talent pipelines.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Investigate employee misconduct and manage workplace investigations.
• Supervise, coach and develop the HR Officer for growth.
• Utilize HR analytics to enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
