Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is recruiting an experienced HR generalist to drive internal communications, employer branding and end-to-end recruitment across our Asia Pacific footprint. The role partners with business leaders to shape people initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations.

You will lead payroll coordination, HR reporting, learning and development programs, and CSR activities, while maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in employee engagement, communications or employer branding.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in employee engagement, communications or employer branding initiatives


• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations and HR best practices


• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across different business functions


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
