EXECUTIVE COMPASS PTE. LTD. is partnering with a leading international consumer brand to hire an HR Assistant Manager to join its APAC HR team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this broad role emphasizes Internal Communications, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HRIS. You will develop and execute engagement programmes, create content for channels and town halls, partner with hiring managers on end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in a broad HR generalist or business partnering role.
• Strong experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support Internal Communications & Employee Engagement initiatives, including content for employee platforms and town halls.
• Partner with hiring managers on talent requirements and end-to-end recruitment.
• Assist HR Operations, payroll coordination, HR reporting and data integrity.

Job description

We are partnering with a leading international consumer brand to hire an HR Assistant Manager to join its APAC Human Resources team based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, this is a broad-based HR role with a strong focus on Internal Communications, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement, alongside exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Learning & Development and HRIS.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

• Support the development and execution of Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives.
• Create engaging content for internal and external channels, including employee platforms and town halls.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.
• Gather employee insights and translate them into meaningful engagement programmes.

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers on talent requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and identify effective sourcing channels.
• Manage compensation proposals and the offer process.

HR Operations & Business Support

• Support employee relations, HR policies, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Support regional HR projects and initiatives across APAC.

Performance, Learning & HRIS

• Support performance management, talent development and learning initiatives.
• Partner with the Regional HR team on capability-building programmes.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the HRIS, with SAP SuccessFactors experience being an advantage.
• Analyse HR data and provide insights for management reporting and decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Analytics or a related discipline.
• 6 years of HR experience, ideally in a broad HR generalist or HR business partnering role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding and/or Employee Engagement.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and content creation skills.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Commercially minded, proactive and resourceful, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and APAC markets.
