THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a General Manager for Singapore-based F&B operations across multiple outlets. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, profitability and guest/service excellence.

We require 8–10 years in F&B with at least 3 years in senior leadership, strong budgeting and cost-control skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers challenging growth opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality with at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of Singapore's F&B market and customer trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
• Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.
