Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a General Manager to oversee Singapore-based F&B operations across multiple outlets and drive performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will lead budgeting, cost control and forecasting, manage and mentor outlet managers, ensure food safety and licensing compliance, monitor inventory and vendor relations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support growth and consistency.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–10 years of F&B or hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in General Manager or senior leadership.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Strong budgeting and cost management skills with ability to analyze performance.
• Solid understanding of Singapore's F&B market and customer trends.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, operational environment.

• Job level: Managerial


• Gross salary: SGD 8,000–10,000 per month


• Work schedule: 6 days off per month, including shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Location: Singapore — multiple outlets

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and uest satisfaction.


• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.

Requirements:
