Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics in Singapore specializes in precision mechanical parts and high‑tech assemblies for semiconductor, healthcare, and analytical sectors. The team delivers quality control across QC plans, CMM inspections, and process improvements.

This role focuses on coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Production to meet daily QC requirements, training staff on corrective actions, monitoring inspection performance, and driving continual improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Engineering and Production on daily QC operation requirements.
• Maintain the Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for all running products.
• Coordinate customer return investigations with QA, Sales, Production and Engineering.
• Monitor IQC, IPQC & FGI lot acceptance rates and DPPM.
• Implement and maintain RMR/MRB/Inspection continual improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Engineering and Production on daily QC operation requirements.
• Maintain the Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for all running products.
• Provide training to all QC staff based on RMR/MRB corrective actions and prevention of recurrence.
• Coordinate customer return investigations with QA, Sales, Production and Engineering.
• Monitor IQC, IPQC & FGI lot acceptance rates and DPPM.
• Implement and maintain RMR/MRB/Inspection continual improvement programs.
• Monitor RMR/MRB opening and closure cycle times.
• Hold routine meetings with employees to ensure their understanding of business and technical issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
