Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics, part of Frencken Group, is recruiting an Assistant Engineer (Incoming) in Singapore. In this role you will support quality control for incoming materials and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Production to ensure daily QC operations run smoothly in a high-tech environment.

You will maintain Quality Control Plans, CMM, and VMI programs for running products, provide QC staff training on MRB and corrective actions, and monitor IQC/IPQC/FGI metrics and DPPM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales/ Marketing, Engineering and Production in Daily QC Operation Requirement.
• Maintaining Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for All Running Products.
• Provide Training to all QC Staffs based on RMR/ MRB Corrective and Prevent Recurrence.
• Coordinate Customer Return Investigation with QA, Sales, Production and Engineering.
• Monitor IQC, IPQC & FGI Lot Acceptance Rate and DPPM.
• Implement & Maintain RMR/ MRB/ Inspection Continual Improvement Program.
• Monitor RMR/ MRB Opening and Closure Cycle Time.
• Hold routine meetings with employees to ensure their understanding of business and technical issues.
• Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.
