Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a senior Product Manager to drive strategy, adoption and value realisation of enterprise cloud products and services. Job description

What the role is:

You will drive the strategy, adoption and value realisation of enterprise cloud products and common services. Working closely with business domains, Product Management Teams and engineering teams, you will shape reusable cloud capabilities and influence the future direction of enterprise digital products.

What you will be working on:

• Drive the strategy, adoption and value realisation of enterprise cloud products and common services


• Identify recurring enterprise needs and shape reusable cloud capabilities


• Lead product discovery, prioritisation and roadmap planning


• Translate complex business problems into scalable, technology-enabled solutions


• Partner with technical teams responsible for engineering delivery and platform operations

Challenge(s)

• Navigating the complexity of large-scale enterprise environments to deliver reusable cloud capabilities that meet diverse and evolving business needs


• Influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across business and technical teams with competing priorities to achieve measurable digital transformation outcomes

What we are looking for:

• Education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred


• Product Management, Agile, Cloud or Programme Management certifications are preferred


• At least 8 years of experience in cloud platform management, enterprise IT, or digital transformation


• Demonstrated experience leading reusable digital products, enterprise platforms or shared services from discovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement


• Experience with AWS or other commercial cloud platforms is advantageous


• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, APIs and identity management


• Strong product management capabilities


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills


• Ability to influence across business and technical teams
