Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Singapore to lead a team of property officers, work with MPs and grassroots leaders, and drive KPI targets with strict regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with government agencies on projects, plan improvements, and manage budgets while handling residents’ feedback and supporting grassroot activities.

The role requires a proactive manager who can attend meetings after hours, participate in audits, and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in township/property management.
Ability to engage residents and grassroots groups.
Diploma or equivalent in building/ facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of property officers and coordinate with MPs and grassroots leaders.
Ensure KPI targets and compliance with government regulations.
Collaborate with grassroots organizations and government agencies on projects.
Plan improvement programmes and manage budgets.
Handle residents’ feedback and conduct callback follow-ups.
Support PR team and organize grassroots activities.
Attend meetings after hours as required.
Participate in estate inspections and audits.
Serve as secretary of subcommittees and track projects.
Assist GM in governance and town council duties.
Uphold Workplace Safety & Health standards.
