Job summary

Khaansaei Tech seeks an experienced cook for its Singapore kitchen. The role covers hands-on food preparation, plating, and maintaining high sanitary standards while working in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include cooking across methods (steam, grill, bake, fry), ingredient prep, and ensuring freshness. The candidate should support and motivate kitchen staff under the manager and deliver appealing dishes to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hot and cold food prep.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Comfort with using slicers, mixers and grinders.
• Ability to handle time pressure and coordinate multiple tasks.

Cook Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary school 3 year degree or foreign equivalent
• Prior experience in related food and beverage service
• preparation positions.
• Thorough experience with hot and cold food prep
• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food process
• Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
