Job summary

THE DAILY PRATA PTE. LTD. seeks a Kitchen Cook to prepare ingredients and cook a range of dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will work under the supervision of the restaurant manager, ensuring quality and timely service.

Responsibilities include prepping, cooking hot and cold dishes, maintaining sanitation, and helping lead kitchen staff to deliver consistent meals. Prior beverage/food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation.
• Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.

• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
