Job summary

GINGER TRADING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to prepare high-quality meals and support the head chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will set up and stock the preparation station, chop vegetables, season and sauce dishes, maintain hygiene, manage inventory, and coordinate with team to ensure timely service. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the food and beverage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.

• Clean preparation areas thoroughly and manage leftover food responsibly to maintain hygiene and reduce waste
• Stock inventory and supplies accurately to support uninterrupted kitchen operations
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks and enhance kitchen efficiency
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet kitchen demands and maintain timely meal service
