Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead the QS team in contract, tender and project cost management.

You will set up and monitor project cost plans, budgets and cost control, oversee tendering and bid submission, manage claims and variation orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to identify new business opportunities.

This role requires strong numerical ability, attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
• High initiative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
