Job summary

Ho Sin Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the QS team on major projects. You will manage project profitability, client engagement and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

You will establish team objectives, develop capabilities and drive commercial strategies including variations and final accounts. The role requires strong numeracy, contract knowledge and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering/Building/Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Familiar with contract/construction law, tender requirements, and contract conditions.
• Meticulous with strong numeracy and commercial acumen.
• Excellent team spirit, interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
