Job description
Overview of functions:

We are a CMS licensee and are in the business of Fund Management / External Asset Management (EAM). Our clients include HNW, UHNW, Accredited Investors and Family Offices. In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Perform administrative systems for daily business operations
  • Perform mid-office and back-office functions
  • Perform and be responsible for clients’ account documentations
Duties and responsibilities
1. Administrative
  • Ensure all documentations are in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing system and control framework.
  • Arrange for input of client data, execution advices and statements for consolidation into Portfolio Management System (PMS); update trade blotter accordingly.
2. Regulatory compliance
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and where necessary initiate measures to ensure (in co-operation with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Portfolio Manager (PM) / Compliance Officer (CO)) that the Company complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Clients / accounts management
  • Execute full spectrum of clients relationship / accounts management related work.
  • Act as intermediary between Group’s Offshore Introducing Advisors, where necessary, and custodian banks (ie: main point of contact between the two) in matters pertaining to clients’ account documentations such as new account opening, closure of account etc.
  • Handle and ensure all clients’ account documentations are in order and ensure proper digital and physical documentation.
  • Servicing of clients from Europe and Russia. Knowledge of German and Russian is essential
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and project work as assigned
