Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge team, ensuring memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will mentor staff, train on service excellence, and collaborate with internal and external partners to anticipate guests’ needs and deliver seamless experiences.

As a trusted brand ambassador, you will uphold the hotel’s values, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and well-being

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in upscale hotel or similar environment in a Concierge or related guest services role.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Concierge and Bell Services team with clear priorities and service standards.
• Oversee lobby and front-of-house guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development plans for the team.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Sales, Finance and external partners to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold brand standards and proactive guest engagement, including handling VIP movements and special requests.
• Monitor budgets, costs and revenue opportunities for Concierge operations.
