Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a seasoned Concierge leader to drive a high‑performing team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily operations, coaching and mentoring staff while aligning with hotel standards and budget considerations.

Fluent English, 4+ years in upscale hospitality, and strong communication skills are essential. The role requires a flexible schedule, with nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ experience in an upscale hotel or equivalent environment in a Concierge or related guest services discipline, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Concierge and Bell Services team with clear priorities and service expectations.
• Oversee lobby and front-of-house guest experience and ensure seamless service from arrival to departure.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a unified, personalised guest journey.
