The role requires a Polytechnic Diploma in Architecture and at least eight years of relevant BIM experience, with hands-on expertise in coordinating disciplines and delivering BIM execution plans. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in BIM management and set up BIM execution plan.
• Attend BIM meetings with clients and consultants.
• Check clash reports and presentations.
• Coordinate BIM models for project delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with Architectural/Structural/M&E to develop BIM drawings.
• Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for document control.
• Extract shop drawings from BIM model for 2D/3D alignment.
• Prepare templates for Facility Information Model for future tenders.
• Support tender BIM scope and attend technical meetings.
