Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Singapore to develop and coordinate BIM models across trades. The role involves reviewing data from CAD/BIM sources, coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM workflows, and ensuring QA/QC compliance with project standards.

Candidates should have a diploma or degree in related fields and at least 2 years of construction experience, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Structural, Architectural, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction and project execution.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and coordinate BIM models from all trades for ongoing and completed projects.
• Review and organize models and data collected from third-party sources (CAD and BIM models).
• Coordinate and review multi-disciplinary BIM models.
• Assist with QA/QC coordination and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Manage and process change orders and track project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders through appropriate communication channels.
• Provide training to team members on BIM software and modeling standards.
• Support construction sequencing and 4D simulation using Navisworks, Primavera, and MS Project.
