Responsibilities

• Train BIM modeller and drafters in BIM standards.
• Set up and monitor modelling environment.
• Manage model schedule aligned with project site schedule and critical path.
• Monitor BIM model and shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Conduct QA/QC on BIM models.
• Manage BIM modellers work scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with project team on site progress issues.
• Establish and monitor clashes with project team and ICE sessions.
• Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Run simulations for 4D and 5D.
