Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in Construction.
• 5 years of experience in CAD and 3D models implementation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM technologies.
• BIM coordination or management experience in a large project.
• Expertise in BIM Authoring Tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall BIM use for the project.
• Create BIM deliverables like Execution Plans and Clash Detection Reports.
• Coordinate BIM matters with clients and contractors.
• Update and report on BIM activities' progress.
• Verify and resolve BIM challenges in the project.
• Oversee BIM Software management.
