Job summary

APTIV8 IT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Coordinator/Manager to lead BIM execution planning and oversee BIM across tender to construction stages. You will coordinate design teams, ensure data integrity, and drive collaboration using industry standards.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools, plus experience with large public projects and Singapore guidelines. Provincial travel and stakeholder liaison may be involved.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil / Construction Engineering, or formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Modelling Training certification)
• At least five (5) years of BIM-based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production experience
• Experience in large to mega-large public projects, building and infrastructure projects in regions such as Asia, Middle East
• Background in both private sector and developer; Certification & seminars in BIM, VDC and IDD domains
• At least five (5) years of BIM coordination and/or BIM management and modelling experience in design, engineering or construction projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish a BIM Execution Plan outlining BIM implementation across the project lifecycle
• Develop, update and implement the BIM Execution Plan per Singapore BIM Guide and Design & Construction BIM requirements
• Oversee, coordinate and manage all BIM aspects from tender to construction
• Appoint as main BIM contact to coordinate and deliver BIM for the contract
• Ensure proper implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables with effective collaboration
• Manage BIM Execution Plan, BIM strategies, processes and standards for the design discipline
• Oversee data flow, validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control
• Participate in design and model coordination meetings and reviews
• Support the Company’s SHEQ within duties; and other tasks as assigned
