Job summary

P+A Projects Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM-centric projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. You will write and uphold BIM Execution Plans and drive integration of BIM into IDD, VDC, and IPD, coordinating with clients and consultants.

You will oversee multidisciplinary coordination including 4D planning and 5D cost estimation, mentor the BIM team, provide guidance to architects on BIM strategies, plan delivery resources,

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
• Strong drive to stay updated with BIM developments and a commitment to continual improvement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
• Capacity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities, with a track record of effective team management.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
