Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead model development across East, North West, and West areas of Singapore. The role requires strong BIM software proficiency and hands-on project coordination.

You will perform clash checks, QA/QC, 4D simulations, and documentation while supporting change management and client communications. Diploma/degree holders with 2+ years in building construction are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in structural, architectural, engineering, construction, MEP, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction and project execution.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and coordinate models from all trades for projects.
• Review and organize models and data from CAD and BIM sources.
• Coordinate and review multi-disciplinary BIM models.
• Assist with QA/QC coordination.
• Manage and process change orders.
• Track project milestones across phases.
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure project operations comply with standards and client specifications.
• Document project issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with resource planning and allocation for project tasks.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies for efficiency.
• Perform quality analysis to align models with design intent.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients for coordination and updates.
• Provide BIM training to team members.
• Update and maintain BIM models with tech advances.
• Coordinate with project architects and manage a technical BIM team.
• Support production of construction docs and deliverables.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks with Revit.
• Support 4D simulation using Navisworks, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Assist with BIM submissions to CoreNet and authorities.
