Job summary

pa projects pte ltd is seeking a BIM Lead to drive BIM-focused projects, ensure execution in line with industry standards, and lead a multidisciplinary team in Singapore. You will develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans, integrating BIM into integrated delivery methods and coordinating with clients and consultants to resolve clashes.

The role requires guiding architects on BIM strategies, planning resource delivery, mentoring the BIM team, and conducting process training to elevate project

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.
• Integrate BIM into IDD, VDC, and IPD.
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including 4D and 5D planning and estimation.
• Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
• Guide architects on implementing BIM strategies and technologies.
• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.

• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.

• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.

Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
