Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Co-Assessor to assist the Trainer in facilitating assessments, documenting outcomes, and ensuring fair and transparent processes across WSQ-based assessments.

The role includes conducting oral recovery sessions when needed, maintaining assessment integrity, and ensuring compliance with academy guidelines while supporting learners throughout the assessment journey.

Qualifications

• ACLP or ACTA certification is mandatory.
• Experience in assessment, teaching, or training (WSQ) preferred.
• Strong communication, professional engagement with learners.
• Ability to maintain focus, manage time, and pay attention to detail during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate assessment sessions and assist the Trainer in managing assessments.
• Observe learners, monitor progress, and answer procedural questions or technical issues.
• Conduct oral recovery sessions when required and document both original and final responses.
• Complete assessment documentation, including oral recovery records and ASR, following confidentiality policies.
• Maintain assessment integrity by adhering to guidelines and reporting suspected breaches.
