Job summary

SERVICE QUALITY CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Curriculum Developer/Trainer to design and deliver WSQ and non-WSQ courseware across client projects.

You will split time between designing courseware (70%) and conducting training (30%), ensuring materials are pedagogically sound and tailored to client contexts.

The role requires WSQ DACE/DDDLP qualifications, a bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of related experience, with strong LMS and e-authoring tool skills.

Qualifications

• Must be WSQ DACE/DDDLP-qualified with experience in the full spectrum of courseware development and accreditation, and up to date with the latest trends in adult learning
• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of related experience
• Demonstrate strong skillsets in deployment of appropriate technological solutions in the design and development of blended courseware
• Possess a keen eye for details
• Strong follow-up skills
• Excellent presentation skills, including a strong command of English language
• Experience in using LMS platforms and e-authoring tools
• Familiar with SkillsFuture Framework, WSQ Competency Standards (CS) and Technical Skills Standards (TSC)
• Familiar with SSG's ITMs (Industry Transformation maps)
• Experience in leading teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis in understanding clients' needs
• Advise internal stakeholders on appropriate product offerings (WSQ and non-WSQ products) to offer to clients
• Craft program outline
• Design WSQ and non-WSQ courseware
• Contextualize training materials according to the client's context
• Design courseware which is pedagogically sound and aesthetically pleasing
• Conduct briefings for trainers for new designed courseware
• Facilitate with coherence and structure, engaging audiences including webinars
• Possess strong project management skills in working with multiple projects with a sense of urgency
• Communicate effectively with different departments in getting a project done
