Envu, a global environmental health company, is seeking an Asia-focused leader to drive AOP delivery, manage cross-functional initiatives and steer growth projects across Asia. The role requires coordinating regulatory risk mitigation, M&A and in-licensing initiatives while aligning resources and priorities with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant project and business-steering experience in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities, translate data into insights and mitigate risks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex priorities, influence senior stakeholders and balance strategy, excellence and operations.
• Strong planning, governance, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management and data-visualization tools; experience with sales forecasting processes is an advantage.
• High standard of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• AOP delivery and business performance: Lead prioritization and execution of action plans to deliver the Asia AOP; coordinate cross-functional integration of new businesses and launches; establish governance with owners and timelines; track performance with KPIs and monthly reporting; provide actionable insights to Asia leadership.
• 5Y growth projects: Shape and prioritize strategic growth projects with Marketing Portfolio and Asia management; build regional project roadmaps including M&A and in-licensing; align resources and ensure achievement of outcomes.
• Sales operations and operational excellence: Lead Asia adoption of Sales Forecast processes and transition to o9; strengthen process discipline, visibility and decision-making; capture feedback to improve delivery; act as Asia Sales Operations focal point.
• Other: Collaborate on cross-regional Sales Operations priorities and share best practices.
