Job summary

Envu in Singapore seeks an experienced APAC Business Development & Licensing Manager to identify, negotiate, and implement licensing and partnership opportunities across Asia-Pacific in line with Envu's global strategy. The role emphasizes end-to-end deal execution and cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic, commercial, and contractual alignment.

You will manage deal governance, provide analytical support to Deal Teams, and cultivate a broad external network to realize portfolio

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, licensing, portfolio, or commercial roles.
• Strong commercial acumen to analyze markets, assess opportunities, and build business cases.
• Fluent Mandarin preferred (spoken and written) to support negotiations in APAC.
• Experience with multinational teams in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities across the APAC region by sourcing and evaluating opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end evaluation of opportunities through governance and approval processes.
• Lead or support licensing, collaboration, and contract negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide structured deal support with presentations, financial assessments, and executive summaries.
• Build and maintain a robust external network across Environmental Science disciplines.
