Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting or program management.
• Experience managing programs across multiple countries and time zones.
• Proven track record building business operating cadences: reporting and reviews.
• Exceptional cross-functional orchestration in a matrixed organization.
• Strong operating discipline: roadmaps, launches and executive reporting.
• Experience applying AI and automation to reporting and insights.
• Analytical with strong Excel and data skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operations and delivery of regional growth levers.
• Own the regional business reporting structure and cadence.
• Own the cross-functional roadmap across multiple functions and regions.
