Job summary

Uhlmann in Singapore seeks a Regional Growth Director for the Asia-Pacific region to accelerate sustainable business growth. You will lead direct sales, distributor networks, and service expansion, translating market needs into regional programs.

You will shape the growth strategy, partner with global teams, and drive revenue from roughly €10 million today toward €20 million by 2030, with travel across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of international commercial leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving growth across Asia-Pacific.
• Experience leading direct sales organizations and distributor networks.
• Strong background in capital equipment, industrial automation, packaging, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APA growth strategy aligned with long‑term objectives.
• Define country priorities, market focus areas, and sustainable growth initiatives.
• Translate targets into measurable regional action plans.
• Drive profitable revenue growth across direct markets, branch offices, and distributor territories.
• Lead and develop direct sales organizations and manage distributor networks.
• Improve pipeline quality, forecasting, and opportunity conversion.
• Support key customer engagements, negotiations, and strategic business development.
